Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT+8) will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us before your order is shipped.
Customs & Import Duties

Delayed Shipments

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, or if it is lost in transit, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage (if applicable) and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
